Realistically grade A is long and big in size and has more vanillin content compared to grade B that's quiet small and has less vanillin. Though our grade B has a slightly Higher aroma intensity.

What is the difference between Simply Uganda Vanilla Grade A and B

Answer

Grade A and B are similar in quality only difference is length. Grade A beans/pods are 17-25cm length. Grade B beans/pods are 12-16cm length.

Who will cater for shipping and delivery charges?

All delivery charges will be paid by the client in the amount agreed at the time of checkout.

What is your policy on returns/ refunds/ cancellations?

On cancellation, please note that once an order has been accepted and confirmed the order is not cancellable. However, cancellations by the client may be accepted on the condition that any charges or costs already incurred by the vendor will be reimbursed by the client.
